To view your statement on Picodi just go to the ‘Orders’ section.
If you are unable to view your purchases on your statement even though you have previously made purchases on Picodi, it’s possible that:
- You have created two accounts on Picodi without realizing it (by logging in first with Facebook and then entering another email, for example). If you suspect this is the reason please contact us.
- You have made purchases and they have not been correctly identified by our system and we couldn’t assign them to your account. In such a case, please contact us.
