Shops offer us a percentage of the shopping value in exchange for obtaining new customers. Thanks to this, we can reward you with the amount in cashback.
Visit the ‘Activations’ section in your account. There you can check the cashback percentage activated and the amount of your purchase that is reported to Picodi by the shop, excluding the amount of fees, taxes, shipping or other discounts received. Therefore, the correct amount is always the amount paid minus all types of fees and charges.
If the value of the purchase recorded on your statement is different, we advise you to check with the shop to find out what may have happened, but first, check any of the reasons that may invalidate part or all of your cashback:
- You have cancelled, changed or returned part of your purchase, by you or the shop.
- You added products to your cart before you activated the cashback. The cart must be empty at the time of cashback activation.
- You have not completed the payment of the purchase within the period determined by the shop.
- You have paid for your purchase using vouchers or loyalty points.
The cashback amount is calculated from the value of the product that the partner shop was offering at the time you made the purchase, with the percentage offered by the shop on our site. If the percentage applied on the value of the purchase registered in your statement is different just send us the invoice of the product via our request form.
