We've separated the main reasons why your purchase is pending on your statement:

• Your purchase is an airline ticket, accommodation booking or rental car that has not yet been used.
  
• The shop has not yet delivered your product.
  
• The time for confirmation has not yet passed. Remember that in the terms and conditions present on the page of the shops on our site it’s possible to check the average time of confirmation of each partner!

Please note that the time listed in the transaction details is a predicted average time based on historical data. Actual transaction confirmation time may differ.
