I want to delete my account

We're very sad to hear that you want to no longer use Picodi.

We'd like to remind you that you pay nothing to use Picodi and your balance only expires if you don't make any redemption to your bank account within the 24-month period. Furthermore, you can deactivate any unwanted notifications.

It's worth remembering that our Customer Success team is also on hand to help whenever you need it, because we really want to have you with us and offer you a fantastic experience!

But if you really want to delete your account please open a ticket and let us know.

By deleting your account your data will not be automatically deleted from Picodi. If you wish to delete your data from our database, simply send us a request with your full name, the country in which your account has been registered, and email address to gdpr@picodi.com.
