According to the terms and conditions of the cashback programme, Picodi may refuse to process a withdrawal order if there are doubts about your identity.
In order to authorise a withdrawal order, we will contact you and ask you to send one of the documents listed below to confirm your identity. At the same time, we recommend that you cover sensitive data on such a document.
Documents authorising a withdrawal include a photo or screenshot of:
- Bank statement
- Credit card statement
- Utility bill
- Residence permit
- Insurance document
- Tax documents
- Pay statement or official payroll document from your employer
- Alternatively, an identity document provided it has an address on it.
The data will be kept for 3 years from the closure of the account if the user has not made any withdrawals, and 6 years if a withdrawal was requested. This is due to the obligation to keep the data in case of an audit. Once the account has been deleted, the name and email address will be encrypted and no longer accessible.
As soon as we recieve the required information and confirm that it is correct, we will authorise the withdrawal.
