The shops have up to 5 days to inform us of the purchase made. If it doesn’t appear on your account within this timeframe, it means that the shop has not informed us of the purchase.
The main reasons for the shop not notifying us of the purchase are:
- Visiting price comparison websites after redirection from Picodi;
- Buying through the shop's app;
- Visiting price comparison websites after redirection from Picodi;
- Buying through the shop's app;
- Using coupons that are not on the Picodi website or other loyalty programmes;
- Being redirected by email marketing sent by the shop;
- Returning the product or cancelling the order;
- Not logging to Picodi before purchase;
- Not activating the cashback before adding the product to the cart;
- The order has been finalised through the shop's call centre.
Keep an eye on these tips to make sure your next purchases go smoothly. If you haven't done any of the above, you can open a review request via our Help Center.
Remember that your cashback is calculated from the total value of the purchase, excluding shipping. However, it’s important that you provide us with the total invoice amount and enter all the invoices related to your order number.
Note: We can only open a review request up to 90 days after the date of purchase, after this time we cannot reclaim the cashback.

I have followed up your instructions for picodi and Binance, have deposited into Binance, but i dont see any cashback neither to your platform nor in Binance.
